Ready your pink paper, metallic paper, scented paper, or whatever you have! We’ll be making a frog, crane, and samurai helmet.

  1. Frog

To make an origami frog, start with a square piece of paper. Fold the paper in half to create a crease, then unfold it and fold it in half the other way to create another crease. Next, fold all 4 corners into the center of the paper so that they meet in the middle. Unfold the paper, then fold each side into the middle so that the creases you made earlier form a cross in the center of the paper.

Fold the top and bottom edges of the paper towards the middle so that they meet in the center, then fold the paper in half along the remaining crease. Unfold the paper, then fold each side towards the middle so that they meet in the center. Fold the top and bottom edges of the paper towards the center again, then fold the paper in half along the remaining crease.

To finish your origami frog, make 2 small folds on each side of the paper to create the legs. Your origami frog is now complete!
