To connect your PF to your Aadhar card, follow these procedures.

  • Visit the Employees’ Provident Fund Unified Portal website at unifiedportal.epfindia.gov.in.

  • You will be taken to a page with tabs where you can upload various papers to link with your EPF account.

UMANG App: Link Aadhaar to EPF Account

Your Aadhaar card and EPF account can be connected using the UMANG mobile application. However, the National e-Governance Division and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology have introduced the UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) application to encourage mobile governance in India. • With your “MPIN” or the OTP issued to your registered cellphone number, log in to the UMANG App.
  • Select “EPFO” from the “All Services” menu after logging in.
  • Choose “e-KYC services” from the EPFO section.
  • Under “e-KYC services,” choose the Aadhaar Seeding option.
  • Enter your UAN now, then click “Get OTP.”
  • An OTP will be given to the mobile number associated with your EPF account.
  • Type in your Aadhaar details.
  • An additional OTP will now be sent to your registered email address and mobile number.
  • Your Aadhaar and UAN will be connected once the OTP has been validated.
