Boden News

Boden launched the service of delivering cloth by mail-order at a time when it was considered a mere fantasy. Boden was born out of the instinct of its founder, what Johnnie Boden wanted in his wardrobe. Following his imaginative prowess, the first hand-drawn catalog of Boden featuring eight menswear styles was ready in 1991. Boden wants its customers to remain ahead of the curve; thus, besides the retail business, it also keeps informing its customers about the fashion buzz through its media news platform, i.e., Boden News. In 1999, Boden decided to expand across the UK and started the service of international shipping by creating its very first online store.

For 30 years, the Boden Clothing has been a leading go-to place for stylish people who appreciate trendy clothes. Whether it is buttons or soft fabric made from wool, the company wants to make clothes that stay in customers’ wardrobes for a long time.
Every process, from fabric selection to the final dispatch of clothes with desired designs preferred by customers, is vigilantly monitored by the founder and his team. To ensure the quality improvement of stuff, the relentless discussion and shrewd planning serve as the backbone of the creative service of Boden.

What set Boden news apart from the rest?

No wonder in saying that the art of fashion is changing, but this does not impede the opportunities for original ideas. It always leaves room for originality. Boden holds two important aspects in high regard – originality in the products and respect for the climate. In today’s fast-paced world, where fashion changes daily, many fast fashion brands seem to rely on mass production and non-ethical practices to reproduce the original designs of young designers. Meanwhile, the creative team behind Boden keeps itself abreast of the evolutionary dynamics of the industry. Instead of just jumping on the bandwagon of fads, it is committed to bringing a smile to customers’ faces.

In logistics and production, the main objective is to utilize recycling materials to the fullest extent possible. Borden is headquartered in London and has over 1200 employees. The company’s leadership stresses the importance of respecting each factory’s workforce as it does at home.

Along with clothing products, the Boden News also provides its customers with the latest insights about the fashion industry and guides related to dress choices. The Boden News platform brings all the latest fashion news and ensures its readers don’t miss a thing. This UK-based digital magazine keeps readers up to date with all the latest trends and news in fashion and technology. Those loyal to Boden can take advantage of exclusive discounts and early access to brand-new collections by joining the loyalty program.

Products Range

Boden offers a wide range of clothes for different age groups of customers, i.e., women, men, girls, boys, and babies. Its clothing is available in sizes 6-24 for women and 34-44 for men. These include t-shirts, trousers, swimwear, nightwear, jackets, shoes, and other accessories. In addition, Boden provides a “Made to Measure” service for those requiring customized clothing.

Boden’s ‘long’ styles have been given extra length at the bottom, so customers can choose where they want the hemline to fall. There is also a ‘tall’ size available in their jumpsuits for customers over 5’10” tall. To achieve a flattering fit, the designers have not only added more fabric to the legs but have increased their length proportionately throughout the style. A large section is dedicated to accessories featuring bags, shoes, jewelry, and belts.

Reliable Delivery Service

Boden uses various delivery channels for products to be delivered to customers’ locations in the UK, such as Standard (including CI, IOM, BFPO), Royal Mail, Express, and Express By Noon. Customers can get next-day delivery by Express and Express By Noon for £6.00 and £8.00, respectively, if they order Monday through Friday by 7 pm. Using Royal Mail, the customer will have to pay £5.00 to receive the parcel in 1-2 working days. If a customer spends over £30, the package will be accepted free of cost in 2-3 working days via Standard (Inc. CI, IOM, BFPO).

To make international shipments, customers can go to boden.co.uk and select an EU delivery address at checkout; users will be redirected to the international section. The Standard delivery type will take 8-14 working days at £6.00. For the rest of the world, the Standard delivery type will take 12-16 working days at the cost of £12.00.

The tracking information for customers can be found in their dispatch confirmation email, under the ‘Delivery Information’ section (just beneath the item list). When they click on this link, they can see where their order is, but if it has not been delivered in the time stated, they can contact Boden with their order number.
